Files Not Getting Cached
Symptoms:
Webstore items that should be getting cached do
not appear in the cache directory.
The Accelerator COM+ Package never releases all
objects (threads are blocked).
Versions Affected:
1.0.201.69 and earlier
Workaround:
This problem occurs when a user account that
has been used in an ACL for a Knowledge Folder is subsequently deleted.
The ACL still contains the (stale) SID, but the account is no longer
available.
This problem has been corrected in Accelerator
1.0.201.70 and later versions. Download the latest Accelerator from the
site (http://www.metoliussoftware.com/downloads.htm)
and follow the procedures for updating the software.
